Product Description
Superabsorbent fibers can be transformed into yarn form through a wide range of textile technologies, such as circular hollow shafts. These yarns can be blended with super absorbent fibers such as polyester, polyamide, artificial silk, and polypropylene.
Superabsorbent fiber yarn is mainly used in the cable industry, and expanded yarn can be used for water blocking in communication and power optical cables. Special non-woven fabrics containing super absorbent fibers with multifunctionality can also be used as cable straps combined with super absorbent expansion yarns, providing a complete solution for the cable industry. Superabsorbent fiber cables have excellent expansion height and water absorption capacity. Other development application areas include the use of industrial materials such as knitted and non-woven fabrics.
